Anything you love to do, you tend to excel at. Useful examples of this are found in activities such as walking, masturbating, eating delicious foods. Because you love these activities, you tend to excel at them. Whether or not you admit it, you love walking. Otherwise you'd have purchased a wheelchair if you REALLY didn't like walking. ------ mouse here for Side thought --- For those few wisenheimers who might say they don't like to walk, I can only suggest that you arrange to get struck by a drunken driver at 100+MPH, have many doctors tell you that you'll spend life in a wheelchair, invest years of your life disproving them all, one loooooong sweaty day at a time, REGAIN the ability to walk, and then tell us you 'don't like to walk.'
With few certainties in life, you can bet your life and soul (which you do every day) that you will always move towards -- and become -- whatever you focus on the most. Bank on it.
It's the bank of your life. When you know for certain that a specific set of steps produces a specific or near-specific result, you'd have to be a nine-alarm imbecile not to use that set of steps on purpose, even more so once you realize that the steps are childlike, simple, and instantly yield better, faster results.
